U.L.S.V. Amino, located at Sorbonnelaan 4, 3584 CA Utrecht, is responsible for the processing of personal data as described in this statement. We handle your data with care, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
General terms and conditions
1. Membership
Membership of U.L.S.V. Amino is open to students of Life Sciences at Utrecht University. Membership runs per academic year and is renewed automatically unless you cancel in writing before the deadline communicated by the board.
2. Activities and registrations
Registrations for paid activities are binding. If you cannot attend, please cancel as early as possible so we can offer your spot to someone else. Refunds depend on the activity and are communicated per event.
3. Behaviour and Amino Room
We expect members and visitors to treat each other and the Amino Room with respect. Discrimination, harassment and damage to property are not tolerated. The board may suspend or revoke access in case of misconduct.
4. Liability
Participation in activities organised by U.L.S.V. Amino is at your own risk. The association is not liable for damage, loss or injury, except in cases of intent or gross negligence on our side.
